Our vision for Core Fitness Studios is to create a unique fitness experience for our clients, our team and our community as a whole. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary that we have a certain structure and procedure in place so that expectations are clear and methodology is the same throughout.
We aim to build our studio on the foundations of empathy, safe and effective practices, personalization, quality, the highest level of service and trust. It is our goal to enhance the mental, physical and emotional well-being of all clients.

Born in February of 2011, Core Fitness Studios has been serving Glen Cove and the surrounding areas as a Private Personal Fitness Training, Recovery & Wellness Studio.
We are committed to ensuring that our clients reach and exceed their goals.
Our personal trainers are all certified, extremely knowledgeable, highly qualified,
and our therapists are all NYS certified up to doctorate levels.
