High intensity interval bootcamp training in a small group setting. The class will enhance your ability to perform day-to-day activities in a fun, challenging, and motivating atmosphere.
Focus on improvement in strength and conditioning for the purpose of performance enhancement and injury prevention.
Train on the highest quality indoor turf, in the most efficient way to lose body fat, while optimizing hormonal response and achieving a high fitness level. Improve your ability to accelerate faster and unlock your maximum speed capabilities.
Exercise examples include Olympic weight lifting, medicine ball training, plyometrics, and kettlebell training.
The trainers at Core Fitness will focus on the mechanics and techniques that will most efficiently and effectively improve your ability to move laterally, decelerate, change direction quickly, and re-accelerate in any direction with exceptional footwork, agility, and precision.

This is the ultimate, non-impact cardio class featuring high energy music, serious motivation, and top of the line high-performance bikes. The class length is 45 minutes inclusive of a warm-up and cool-down. The ride is led by a certified Mad Dogg Athletics Spinning® instructor. It is a high-intensity workout that is perfect for individuals at all fitness levels, from beginning cyclists to elite athletes. 
During the class there will be periods of full recovery mixed with intense intervals that will consistently challenge your cardiovascular system. Spinning is beneficial for helping you reach your peak performance, developing speed, tempo, timing, and rhythm. Spinner® NXT bikes simulate outdoor cycling, using a lever that applies resistance to the flywheel. When resistance is applied to the flywheel, it creates the feeling of climbing a hill. When resistance is released there is a sprinting simulation as if you are truly on flat or downhill terrain.
Our Spinning® computers allow you to keep track of your heart rate (compatible with Polar and Garmin transmitters), distance, and time.
